We use one price: € 135 per overnight stay for 2 people. The apartment can be rented per night. During the high season (school holidays) we prefer to rent per week. If you want to rent for a different period, please inquire about the possibilities.
Check-in and out (in consultation) around 3:00 PM - check-out around 11:00 AM. The prices are excl. tourist tax. The tourist tax has been increased to € 2 p.p.p.n. from 01-01-2025. and must be paid for on site. (can be done in cash or via Tikkie)

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
Payment
• 25% deposit within 24 hours of booking. The remaining 75% is due 4 weeks before arrival.
Last-minute bookings: For bookings made one week or less before arrival, payment is due immediately.
Cancellation
In May, June, July, and August, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. In that case, you will receive a refund or we will agree on an alternative date.
Outside this period (September to April), a one-week cancellation period applies. We will then consider alternative dates for your stay. In that case, there will be no refund, but you will receive a voucher for an alternative date.
Payment
After confirmation, you will receive an email with a payment request. Please transfer the amount by bank transfer to I.E. Vink, stating "Noflik." Bank: NL24 ASNB 8831 9745 9, BIC/SWIFT ASNBNL21.
Bookings through platforms such as Bookling, Natuurhuisje, and Travelbase are subject to the providers' respective terms and conditions.
We love animals so much! We have a dog and two ponies ourselves, but the apartment is not suitable for pets.
Use of the hot tub costs €35. Will you indicate in time whether you want to use it? It is sufficient to indicate this at least 1.5 hours in advance.
The washing machine may be used for a fee; the costs are €5 per time.
There are a women's and a men's bicycle available! (free)
